TWC plays this game every few months with one network or the other. I have been lobbying U-Verse to get the Hallmark channel. Our box freezes up, channels periodically go blank or become unavailable in the middle of watching something, the phone help stinks and no one there ever does what they say they will. They want to send a technician out everytime there is an issue. Like I have 2 hours to sit around waiting. Looking to make the switch to something else. Sick of the games!! |
