And the part that says: “give up in the verifiable way” must not be in the resolution and must not be left to the US’s judgement as Syria will never pass that test. The US might use that close to declare Syria in violation no matter what Syria does. All Russia needs to do is send its experts in Syria to destroy the weapons. If the US wants to join as observer that’s up to it. |
